Terms & Conditions:-

• promotion Period: The promotion begins on August 19, 2011 and ends on September 30, 2011 (both days inclusive). 
• To participate in the promotion, the guest has to fill up the "Fly Happy Promotion" form that will be available on-board* the flights**. The guest has to mention his/her name, email address, mobile number and if he/she is a JetPrivilege member then his/her JetPrivilege membership number and return the completed form to the Cabin Crew onboard itself. 
• The guest at a later date will be sent a Promo code at his/her email address mentioned on the form by the guest. If a guest has mentioned his/her JetPrivilege membership number on the form, then the "Promo code" will be sent at his/her email address registered in the JetPrivilege account and not on the one provided on the form.] 
• The said "Promo code" will entitle the guest for a discount of INR 500 on a return trip within India, for tickets booked on www.jetairways.com only. Please note that the discount of INR 500 is available only on the base fare of the ticket. 
• If any of the fields mentioned on the form are not filled up by the guest, then he/she may not get the Promo Code to avail of the INR 500 discount. 
• To avail of the INR 500 discount the guest has to book a return flight** within India on www.jetairways.com only and should enter the ‘Promo code’ in the relevant field at the time of booking. 
• The "Promo code" should be utilized on or before October 15, 2011 for a return flight** within India booked and ticketed on www.jetairways.com, between August 21, 2011 and March 31, 2012 (both day inclusive). 
• Guests who have utilized the Promo code to book their tickets on www.jetairways.com but then cancel the ticket at a later stage will be unable to use the Promo code again. This Promo code will be treated as utilized. 
• The offer under this promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer of Jet Airways (India) Limited or JetLite (India) Limited. 
• Infants cannot participate in this promotion. 
• The Promo code can be used only once and will not be sent again in case the guest has misplaced, lost or forgotten the same. 
• Guests traveling on direct flights will be entitled to receive only 1 "Promo code" for each such direct flight. 
• The guest will be informed about such offers and promotions in future only if s/he has opted for this facility explicitly on the form. 
• Jet Airways will not be responsible in case the email address provided is incorrect or if the mail bounces back due to any reason. 
• Jet Airways reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion or modify or alter the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without giving any reason whatsoever. 
• The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited will be final and binding under this Promotion and will not entertain any disputes in this regard. 
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. 
• Please note, forms submitted on ground to any Jet Airways employee will not qualify for the promotion. 
• ** Applicable on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and Jet Airways code-share flights, within India
